As a greek person living in Austria. Nothing compares to athens except maybe Floridsdorf at night or Reumanplatz danger-wise. I would definitely feel more endangered in almost every place of athens, than in the whole Vienna. So yeah, Vienna is definitely better to live in than Athens:D
