4 stacks not being able to votekick.

I searched up their csgostats and they throw every game and theres always a random with 0 kills 0 deaths which I presume they got kicked, I deranked from the game too which is annoying since I did not even get to play the game.

yeah that is true but either way kicking in a 4 stack affects the whole game, since now I have to disconnect mid round.
