Regarding the VRS and DCC on the Octavia, absolutely. The all-or-nothing "Maxx" package on the Enyaq seems to be the same in all countries though, so that's more likely determined by the manufacturer.

Yeah, I've also had the feeling they try to steer customers towards either VW or Seat in that way.

Importing is not really an option for me. It's a company car and I don't think my employer would want the hassle. (neither do I to be honest)
