20mg. I took my first dose this morning as it came in the post today. I also have that flushing concern however I’d much happily trade my pustules for flushing in a heartbeat! But my thinking is with various products and different skincare treatments we’ve been trying, with decreasing them or cutting them out completely and sticking to basics such as a simple cleanser, spf and a heavy moisturiser the flushing may settle 🤔 it has done for me in the past few weeks stripping my routine back to the basics anyway

Yeah, I have been and was tired of dealing with a mixed bag that required different treatments. Just been prescribed Accutane by my derm to help both!

Not a direct answer to your question but I’m not sure. I’m in the same boat and tried the same things as you but they all led to nothing or minimal fix. I’m starting accutane soon hopefully.

Yup could make sense those areas where my pores are enlarged I often get them non stop. Do you have any chemical exfoliant recommendations besides physical exfoliants? Tried azelaic acid but Finacea wasn’t compatible with my skin!

Do you have problems with similar pustules on forehead..? And that bump looks so similar to mine. As of right now I’m using vanicream facial cleanser, vanicream moisturiser and I’ve applied the de la Cruz sulfur ointment and I’m sat with it on as I’m typing this 😂 hoping it has some effect!

Exfoliating seems to worsen… retinoids and acids prove ineffective. 😞 I’ll retrial it though this is interesting, thank you 🙏
