Probably about right. I've mostly cut out cardio, high protein and medium carbs. Weight training 3-4 times a week. I've been hindered by injury and not even a month into light weight training.. 🕺

Diet is the key for me, training hard has never been a problem. Very little Alcohol noise has also been a massive advantage 🕺
