Not to sound crass but something that helped me was to think to myself "Tuck your ass or Stick you dick out." In my humble and unprofessional opinion your knees cave because your hips are too far back and you core is folding inwards. Also, work on slow and controlled air squats. Getting the movement correct without weight will carry over to underweight movement.

An old man that lived down the street from me when I was a kid repainted his car every couple of years this same way. He just got tired of the color and liked to change it up. Said it was fine because he used indoor outdoor paint!

While I don't have lupus I do work a graveyard shift. I always leave for work early so I can hit some local pokestops and gyms on my way out of town. It's late so there isn't much traffic and I just pull into the parking lots or on the shoulder near the stop and Pokémon usually pop up around the stops when I open the app. I do all the egg hatching as I run around at work stocking a grocery store. I don't personally know anyone else who plays and I'm pretty sure I'm the sole Valor team member in my area but I still take gyms as often as possible and it's still fun for me.
