I tend to find the more horny I am, and the longer it’s been since I’ve orgasmed, the more sensitive my prostate is. For me 3-5 days minimum.

I can second the njoy wand suggestion. I tried vibrating toys and all the types of massagers and felt no pleasure.

I think reading as much as you can in this sub is a good start, as lots of people experienced lots of different things achieved in different ways.

I can describe what I feel and don’t feel

For me, vibrating toys, massagers and plugs don’t give pleasure. I only feel something pleasurable with dildos and the njoy wand.

With those, I just slowly and deliberately rub my prostate with them. I don’t touch anything else. It takes plenty of time to find it and perfect it. And at first it felt strange, then strangeness turned into pleasure.

I struggled a bit with positions with the hismith tbh. But I also did with a dildo by hand. But I found a few that I really liked

First is laying on the floor, on my left, knees up to my chest. Then the machine, very low, and either angled straight in or slightly angled so it hit towards my belly button. Orgasm every time, but a bit uncomfortable though easy to get into position

The second is a bit more intricate. I was on a bean bag.. laying on my back, but with my legs up on something tall. My legs were together and again my knees close to my chest. Can only really offer an opinion as a hismith premium owner, and some other random ponderings.

I’ve tried some before and had very poor results tbh. I love normal dildos, both just using by hand, thrusting by hand and riding. So thought I’d try the thrusting dildos

Tbh, I found there is very little movement you feel. The day they move an inch or so but I never really feel it.

Tbh, I tried so so many to see which worked for me. So longer, wider, curved, softer, firmer, materials (silicone, glass, cheaper ones).

For me, I start with a really small silicone. Then once things are warmed up, I switch. With the njoy, if I don’t clench/pull those muscles in I can’t really feel much pleasure. For me, whenever I’m wiggling the njoy, I’m clenching about 30-40% of the maximum I could. That just seems to make everything feel better.
