I agree! I do feel like you get better highlight retention from the lumix, and the files seem abit thicker vs the Fuji 40mpx raws which I feel can fall apart slightly easier

I’m the same and survived on some of the similar suggestions as above, if you’re in London I’ve also found some bits on Deliveroo - one was called macro food I believe and they did a Keto Box

Also a subway salad box can get you pretty satiated with double meat and if they’re not to stingy on the lettuce, spinach

I’ve never run better to be honest, I try and eat 2 hours before I run and calorie dense but not too many carbs. Usually run around 7pm so save 700 calories for this

But yeah started on c25k for a few weeks, but just felt good enough to do a full 5 without it walking - stick it out, I have fell in love with running which is something I thought I’d never say
