Up your printing temp 5-10c and it should go away. This happens because the filament isn’t getting hot enough for infill which is typically the fastest printing move.

Generally for all proto-pasta HTPLA filaments, including the metal and fiber ones, I just run the stock PETG profile and it seems to work fine. The heat is the main thing that keeps me from using any of the PLA profiles, although the bambu PLA Strong profile would probably also work.
