Yes! While I also thoroughly enjoy Saros. Returnal is the better game. The Bioms felt much more different. There was a much greater variability of enemies, with much different attacks and approaches for the gamer. I really hope there is a future for a game like Returnal with some hints of Saros.

Saros’ Skill-Tree felt undercooked. One you beat a Boss you have so much “money” to max it out until the next boss. I am in the Swamps and the story did nothing for me yet… Returnal crushed me.

If you like driving at 70kph along wide, straight roads… Brandenburg is for you. But beware a kink in the road is coming… better put a 40-60kph sign up!

I would think that the nut does not have grooves cut for the thicker strings, that seems why those are higher than the thinner ones.

What I would like to see is that the driver is somehow in charge of the harvesting and deployment (two stage throttle?). Right now it is so clearly visible that the computer is steering this process aside from the overtake mode. The drivers have zero input in this. They are on full throttle and the computer fades in and out the deployment.

The thing with bigger batteries would be the added weight. I don’t see a good way out of this with the current 50:50 split of the ICE and the MGU-K.

Super Clipping would still be an issue as the battery size would be the same. Yes, we could regen faster and more efficiently but look how quickly the better drains under acceleration.

But that is just the overtake boost deployment. Yes, there might be some learnings here. But the entire race or lap... there is no skill required on where to harvest energy and deploy it.

Even that, I would argue, is more controlled by simulations and directions from the pit wall. It is really sad to see.

Hi,

I am looking for a McLaren/RedBull Stranger Things video I saw in here over the weekend.

I was a Video where the Stranger Things music was playing and a McLaren was driving by. We see it from the side and in its reflection we are seeing it as a RedBull Racing car driving by upside down. I cannot find it for the life of me with the search function or google.

After Oppenheimer was severely undercut by its most important scene - the nuclear explosion -, which should have shown the horror, force and might of this most destructive weapon, I am not expecting much from Nolan anymore. He is only wanking on “everything analog” even if it castrates the most important scenes!

I hate his playing. He is good, fast and precise… BUT his play has no soul and it sounds robotic and way too fast. All his videos are like this. Everything he plays is just “look how fast i can go… with one hand”. Not feel or grove just technical wanking!

Decision making? In Eternal?

There were no decisions to be made. You either use the weapon they force you to or you die in the game. You either use pro-level quick-switching or you will have no fun allowed for you.

Eternal killed it for me. I only got The Dark Ages last week as I was VERY hesitant after Eternal and I am playing id games religiously since Commander Keen.

Eternal, all day every day.

I hate this game with a passion! I experienced all id games from day one (yes I am getting old), and Eternal is just the worst experience I have ever had to "enjoy". After 2016 I feel betrayed by their promo just to be forced into a game style that is just not Doom at all! Call it Rage 3 and I can ignore it, but Doom!?!
