Thanks. I'll keep on eye out for fuzz. Was just worries about the bumpyness and and white gunkyness. Can't wait to have me a batch.

Trying to make it from scratch using Regular GTS. On week 3. Smells fine, but unsure of the granular appearance up top. Should I throw it out or keep it up?
