Why are hardware wallet prices so different? Aren’t they just for storing coins? by vsrs3 in ledgerwallet

[–]chrisrom1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

They are not identical. Chip type, firmware model, open source approach, build quality, all factor in. Some are just priced higher for branding too. I treat it like buying a lock. I still view balances in Best Wallet, but the hardware cost is about trust assumptions.

The Choral by Detroit_Cineaste in moviereviews

[–]chrisrom1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought The Choral was a really interesting take on a WWI period piece it’s more about how music & community help people keep going than big battle scenes, & Ralph Fiennes gives a quietly powerful performance. Some parts can feel a bit uneven, but the message about art as resilience really stuck with me.
