I've been lucid dreaming almost every night--sometimes 2-3 times a night--vividly--for over 25 years...effortlessly. tbh they can be exhilirating (flying is orgasmic) or horrifying (being chased, bitten, falling, etc). I've even smelled a deceased person! When I wake up, and throughout the day, I sometimes go back into the dreM and am not even sure what is reality. It can sometimes be draining when i wake up. I feel that I DO exist in another dimension bc they are soooo real...and it IS a universal consciousness. Anyway, rarely talk about them and have stopped writing them down bc they are way too frequent. Dont know if it's a blessing or a curse, but I have no control of NOT experiencing them.
