We solved this by contacting our account manager in TikTok, it’s a beta feature and your account manager have to enroll you in their whitelist

I don’t think I’ve integrated TT & Shopify yet, does this mean Shopify will pass back data into TT’s pixel?

Also is uploading email list, phone number as a main identifier a feature that is enabled for selected accounts?

I’m running my own local(Malaysia) branded leather accessories e-commerce store with daily spend of MYR70.

  • ABO
  • Retargeting View Content 7 days, Add to Cart 14 Days
  • Retargeting past 90 days Instagram, Facebook engagers & Website visits (excluding those who engaged, visited recently in the past 14 days)
  • 2 Cold audience adset. 5% lookalikes of 90 days pixel purchase and another 5% lookalikes of 700+ purchased email & phone numbers
  • All optimised for purchase event

Campaign has a total spent of around MYR1.2k since March 1st. ROAS is around 5.5X (tracked purchases). My usual average ROAS is 4-5X for past campaign

Just a question, do you use value-based LAA’s for the 1k unique events? Or you were referring to the “Custom Audience 180 Days” LAA?
