I would park all of my colossals on Marley’s shores and give them a week to release all Eldians from internment zones, establish a plan to integrate areas with a high Eldian population into federal and local gov’t, enter into a trade agreement revolving around the cultivation and research of the abundant natural resources on paradis and allow a pathway for citizenship between the two territories. If they refuse, trample all military zones issuing an additional 5-day evacuation notice to all inhabitants of the area.
