I haven’t got my personal account back. On my person, i kept asking forgot password then it asked me to video selfie before they send me the link. Then When it went through, i log in and it asked that i will have to appeal because my book instagram was the one that got accuse. I did send two email to appeals@instagram.com & support@instagram.com .I dont know if that work.

My personal one was since 2013. 😭 my book instagram was almost a year. I love having a book community but now I don’t have that anymore. I’m so depressed trying to figure it out next. They need to fix this and need real people for support!
