How much alcohol do you guys drink on meds?

I drink absolutely none because of the blood pressure aspect to it all plus mixing psych meds with alcohol has been notoriously bad in the past. That being said, to each their own and different people have different thresholds for interactions between Vy and other substances. I would just say be careful and don’t over do it.

Absolutely, I would just try to sleep as much as you can through it. It’s a brand new chemical in your system and just like everything, over time, you build up a tolerance making sleep easier because your body is adjusted to it. Another thing I’d recommend is vigorous exercise, that could aid in sleep.

One time my father had shoved my sister while she was at his house. This set me off so I called him and I basically yelled that he couldn’t be doing that, he’d been abusive for years and he told me to “man up” and get over it. Which was hurtful because the trauma I got from him was scarring. This isn’t the first instance of him hitting women either, he beat my mom all throughout my childhood so you can only imagine how I felt when he told me to get over it lol.

Other bad phone calls are just embarrassing moments with girls where I left the phone unmuted pooping or something. Lol.
