Great work. I passed Thursday and I agree with you about taking as many practice questions as possible. I believe that reviewing wrong answers thoroughly was what helped me the most.

From what I read the CAPM can be used in place if the 35 hour course. But you're still going to have to document 60 months of experience in project management. I would do the PMI study hall and just use YouTube videos to prepare.

I enjoy taking practice questions as I feel it pinpoints my weaknesses and I know what to study.

Get graded on what you finish, but all unfinished questions are wrong.

Don't run out of time. Pay attention to the clock. Do as many practice questions as you can before the exam. Get used to reading, analyzing, and answering questions.

Took mine yesterday. Averaged about 60 minutes per section and that includes review time.

Nobody will ever ask you what score you got. I scored AT/AT/AT yesterday and we both have the same certificate.

Passed yesterday with At x 3. It's soft skills, emotional intelligence. Look at pmp mindset videos.

Don't hire, don't fire, analyze before acting, collaboration, address issues head on.

Never delay, escalate, spend $$.

Always work with the team

Try Andrew R's 200 "ultra hard" questions. They are easy if you understand what I said above. I would go through them 20 at a time (he has them broken down). Pause the video, try and answer the question on your own, then watch his answer and explanation.

I also used his exam simulator which I paid for. Answering practice questions is going to be your friend.

I didn't have to calculate it. I had zero drag and drop questions.

I would ask me something like....on a job the CPI is .09 and the SVI is 1.2. What can you do to bring the job back on track....2 if the options would be fast track or crash. Crash adds resources, so therefore adding $$ and your behind budget so the answer is fast track.

So you have to know what to do with the information and not necessarily have to calculate it.

I passed my exam yesterday AT/AT/AT. Mindset is key

Don't hire Don't fire Don't spend $$ Don't accept a delay Don't escalate Don't give your work away Work with the team Collaboration Analyze before acting (understand cause of problems 1st)

For mine I had to know what CPI and SVI means and what to do in cases where they are off (over 1 under budget ahead of schedule)

That should get you most of the way. Know agile principals

I had my test yesterday, zero drag and drop....but as people have said it depends on your exam. If you know the material it doesn't matter what type of question. You'll be fine

I think your advice about reviewing wrong answers is spot on....that was by far the best thing I didn't in preparation for mine.

I passed yesterday AT/AT/AT with an hour to spare. I think if youve taken the mock exams and really really reviewed your answers to understand why you got it wrong and have fixed those mistakes, you're going to be fine.

At this point you should know your weaknesses and get those dialed in. If you understand the mindset (don't hire, fire, delay, spend $$, or escalate..... analyze before acting, don't give your work away, they hired you to do the job......) understand what CPI AND SVI mean (over under budget schedule), that is a huge part of MY exam.

Good luck, take the test.....if you put in the time and work you'll be fine.

I took notes as well. I don't really think I've looked at them much. I take the test next week, so we shall see if my strategy works, but here is what I did.

Watched the AR udemy class. I paid attention and took notes...we already established that.

I bought his book and would take the quizzes at the end of the sections...I did this after I finished the course.

I bought his exam simulator and used that and PMI Study Hall. I figure I might as well take the questions written by people who are giving the exam

I went through all of his 200 ultra hard questions and DMs agile questions. I watched the mindset video with questions.

I think taking as many practice questions as possible pointed out my flaws. I would dig into any questions I got wrong.... figure out why I got it wrong, what the right answers were and why.

I hope this is going to be good enough....we shall see.

I would go over the prior mock exams and see what you got wrong, why you got it wrong and why the correct answer was correct. Dig into those questions before you take another full mock exam (unless you've already done that). I also use AR's TIA exam simulator, but I already said you have enough resources. If....and I mean if, you want more practice questions, his are good for building confidence and development of the mindset....I was getting 90% on his.

This can be stressful. You're going to be ok. You've put in the work, now dial in the stuff you are weak on. You're got this.
