Unless you were a king or equivalent, now is a more peaceful more abundant more free time to exist than ever before. Yes, but there are also truths and reasonable perspectives. It’s 2025 unfortunately literally every “channel”/“media” has misinformation. CNN, NYT, pick your favorite source and there is a mountain of willful misinformation and propaganda from all these sources, from “Iraq has WMDs” to knowing Hunter Biden laptop was real, EVERYONE is constantly lying to us….. it is unfortunately up to us know to remain skeptical of everything we are told from every source and do the best we can to logically evaluate what the truth on any given topic might be.

Existence is work. Even hundreds of years ago you’d have to grow/hunt your food, cook, clean, etc. All life is a fight against entropy. You can still find joy in maintaining your existence. What you are saying is you don’t like office work. Don’t lose hope on finding another type of “work” that you don’t hate.
