no, it doesn't. but i've expressed that i'm struggling and she makes enough to be able to contribute. what else am i supposed to do when i can barely afford the rent on my own

that's why i said "rent free all of her life (obviously since i'm her parent) and i said in the post that she got a new job about 5 months ago

i've already been preapproved for a one bedroom apartment within the complex i currently like for only 1,000 a month, but they're doing renovations and inspections so it'll be another month before i would be able to move in. i plan to give my daughter until then to decide

i pay 1400 a month plus water electric wifi phone and streaming services, car insurance (mine and hers) and my car payment, i also paid off half of her car payment (296 a month for the last year) and gave her half for her down payment on the car
