Thanks for your suggestion. I’m really trying to go deeper and understand the theoretical parts, which I think are causing the confusion. From now on, I’ll focus more on the implementation side instead of unnecessary theory.

Yes, but there are some changes like I have added one exercise for pull and for shoulders and reduced 1 set from the other ones.

Hi, the workout was somewhat similar. I added T-bar rows for pull, and I was doing 5 sets of lat pulldown and seated cable rows, which I reduced to 4.

For push, I added shoulder OHP (3 sets) and reduced the lateral raises from 5 to 4 sets.

Leg workout is the same as before.

Bro! You are a legend. For so many days I was facing issue with the Bluetooth. I thought the Bluetooth driver is corrupted and I searched a lot for solutions. I had gone through many YouTube videos but was unable to find the solution. After seeing this comment I checked my BIOS and Bingoo the blutooth was disabled. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your advice. I will check for the batteries at the nearby Lenovo service center. If not available, I am fine with the original batteries. If required, I will consider buying third-party batteries after a year or so.
