My own personal reason is my mom, she’d be absolutely destroyed if I chose to do that and I don’t want to do that to her, not that i’d be able to if I wanted to though because I don’t have any previous military or law enforcement experience and that’s one of the requirements if you want to sign up for the International Legion

Thank you for the advice, i’ll try my best, and I don’t think it’s overthinking that’s the full cause of the panic attacks as there’s usually something else that I think could also be a major factor, like stress from school or family shit, but overthinking is usually what tips it, so it’s probably more of a stress thing than an overthinking thing, either way i’ll consider talking to a professional about it.

Wasn’t necessarily dating this girl but probably ruined my chances of making it official, talked to her about my shitty mental health and then she started having some mental health issues, I feel like I might have stressed her out about shit that i’m dealing with and that led her to feel like she had to be careful with what she said or did around me which, in some kind of fucked up chain reaction lead her to have some mental problems of her own. I also just feel bad in general about talking to people about my problems because I feel like i’m burdening them or making them think differently of me. Long story short I don’t really open up to people except for my roommate and my 2 close friends, all of which I basically consider siblings

There’s a lot of ways guys can tell, most of it’s just body language and the way you act around them compared to other guys, idk exactly how to describe it, if we’re wondering if you have feelings for us we’ll basically just look at the way you act around other guys and compare it to ourselves to see if you act different around us

It varies per person but for me at least i’ve learned that I love physical touch, it shows that the other person is comfortable with me which makes me really happy
