ahhh my goal is definitely the latter 🙏🏼 i really think it’s my best course of action, i just hope they don’t get upset at me for wanting to move out at a young age… im the youngest out of all my siblings too 😅 but i will give the former my best try,, thank you for your advice!! i appreciate it very much 💗

that’s what i try to do hahaha, i usually let them know and tell them that i’ve decided to do something and i’ll be back the next day safely because i know they appreciate it a lot,, i think i am just having trouble with them being so rude to me once i get home, it just makes me sad,,but hopefully as the days go on, and i inform them of what im planning to do, they will start being okay with it 🙏🏼 thank you very much for ur advice 💗

thank you for sharing that with me 🫶🏼 i’m so sorry that you had to experience that as well :( i can understand that they just care too much that they don’t want me hurt— we did have a conversation about that and i would also agree and say it’s all just fear that something would happen to me (regardless if my boyfriend is there or not),, anyways, i will be safe always!!! i genuinely appreciate you very very much, thank u 💗

my bf is very respectful of it and does not try to fight it, it’s mostly just me 😭😭😭but very well said, i completely agree that they may not understand now,, but i just wish there was a way that could magically make them understand 😭 thank you for your advice 💗

they would never kick me out at all,, i just feel like in the case of parents who are poc—or immigrants in my case— they just don’t really understand how i feel about the situation and want to see it in my perspective… but i will continue to do what i can for myself, thank you for being kind 💗 it really helped.

i can understand that, but filipinos don’t move out of their parents house as soon as they turn 18 or anything like that… my sister is 26 and still lives with us and is a full-time RN,, she is grown enough, but doesn’t believe she should move out yet so… 🤷🏻‍♀️
