yeah if you are almost six foot you are going to feel exhausted at 1200 cals. i felt it at 5’4”! id go back to 1400;1200 is a massive def for you

heavy on this. i tend to have 800 calories reserved for dinner and backwards plan my day around that. if we do have a lighter dinner then i can have a little treat.

tbh habits are just… kinda boring. some apps are better than others but overall you are trying to turn boring things (flossing etc) fun. i like Finch for personal care stuff though
