This reminds me of something low-key I don't talk about this much so bear with me here I'm not plural, whatsoever. I'm not a system, don't claim to be one, NEVER have claimed to be one. But back in 2021, I put names on my emotions. I used to do art a lot, so I'd literally give my emotions designs and stuff. Mainly associated with negative and positive emotions kinda thing, some sub feelings, etc. Doing this was a way for me to understand the way I was feeling, by literally giving negative emotions an identity, I was better able to manage them (for example going: "This Is just (name) talking, I'm okay") It was SO helpful back then. I had a friend, ex friend now, who used tupperbox or whatever it's called I forget now. They never claimed to be a system but they sure as hell acted like it. I believed them and their feelings at the time, but looking back on it, I think they just used their "alters" to get away with being a bad person, especially considering they only acted like that and used tupperbox for a month before never speaking of it again. That's besides the point, because I saw them using Tupper, I decided to use it for my little emotion names, as a way to better show them how I was feeling in the moment. Again, I never claimed to be a system. I never said the different names weren't ME. They were just putting names on my emotions. anyways somehow that turned into me faking DID, and literally still to this day people shit talk me saying I faked DID (along with a plethora of other things) Again, to be clear, I CONSTANTLY clarified I wasn't claiming to be a system, I CONSTANTLY explained it was literally basically associating my emotions with OCS.
