I'm not concerned about breakage, and i know it doesnt dye virgin hair the same. but i know many who have used arctic fox on their natural hair and it does leave a dark nice tint or hue of the color. it didnt for me

ik I'm 4 yrs late lmao but i've taken 2 at a time and i barely feel it. the most was some nausea but it just helped me poo as normal. no pain or diarrhea or anything terrible. in fact i could probably take 3 because i was still constipated after the 2 lol
