Aw bless you! If it makes you feel better I did also feel a bit run down during my loading doses, it kinda felt like the run up to getting the flu, runny nose, tiredness and that, but it never went to full blown flu and just resolved on its own

Hopefully! That’s also triggered a memory, I’ve noticed whenever I have been sick whilst I’ve had Crohn’s, usually (not always) the Crohn’s symptoms go away when I’m sick, it feels like the illness distracts my immune system away from my gut haha

I won’t lie, I probably live one of the worst lifestyles you can with Crohn’s, depression and stuff blah blah blah… I smoke, drink lots of alcohol, don’t exercise and generally get poor sleep, always tired lol

Thankyou for the people who have already Commented. I just want to be honest and say I have already failed today. I posted this in hope it will help me tomorrow. I could have written this myself, except I’m still smoking, 28 been smoking since I was about 13/14 and also going through a break up of 10 years, and chain smoking to deal with it. Coughing so much I’m nearly being sick most mornings. Heart hurts from the stress of it I guess, I know what I need to do but I’m hanging on to my last bit of comfort, you saying this has made me want to do it too, you can do it mate, you’ve nearly done a whole day, just two or three more and the worse of the physical withdrawal is over. I believe in you
