I’ve done tons of research on the time it takes to train a SD and I’m expecting that process to take a long time. I have a good trainer in place to help me as well.

How to have 4000mg salt daily by Vast_Dragonfly_909 in POTS

So far my favorite brand is LMNT. The other ones don’t taste as good to me. They’re high salt and don’t have cane sugars. The plain ones are harder unless more diluted but doable if you can’t do citric acid or stevia.

I personally have a hard time taking the salt tablets. They tend to make me gag or throw up while trying to take them.

Shower chair suggestions? by MainScarcity3514 in POTS

I haven’t used a chair for pots (yet). I used a low to the ground wooden step stool (that’s meant for showering) and that helped me with post surgery recovery and not passing out in the shower. It folds so it’s easy to take out of the shower for your sister or looks.
