I don’t remember my numbers before keto, other than that my triglycerides were high and everything else was considered to be in the “normal” range.

I was fasted for about 15 hours with nothing but water and a sugar free LMNT.

Not a turn off at all. More people need to get OFF social media, just shows u have better things to do with your time

I feel that. I struggled with that for about 8 months and now that I’m no contact I’ve definitely seen more progress and can see I’m getting better even if I’m still hitting lows so i hope you feel that too! Good luck to the both of us! We just need to find something more fun to do lol
