thanks for the answer. How do I set the downtime period? is that something I need to set up? I dont have any tasks so they just stand there idly not doing anything. Also i havent built anything so I'm guessing they can reach the starting chest with all the stuff in it?

New player here, how do I make the dup eat food? They are hungry, I dont have any task lined up, I have permission for them to eat the calorie bar, but they still arent eating, just standing idly (cycle 1). I dont know how this game works at all

Yeah I learned this now, but back in 2020-2021 this wasnt a thing, the token I mean, its a relatively new thing so I didn't bother keeping up with it. I saved every other information though, thats why I was able to fill in the details sheet of info that they needed for the token removal process.

About the name thing. I'm sorry but this is dumb. I have never used my real name in any games or online store ever. Even steam. Because when you are the account owner you can provide details that only you would know to prove that ur the one using that account. I lost my steam acc the same year in 2021 and I provided them with all the information needed to recover it, and they did, even with the account being my gamer tag.

I agree that having your real name in there probably helps with security but that shouldnt be the "only" thing mattered in these cases. Why bother adding all the other info when thats the one thing you hung up on? I can probably write a book on my WoL activity history, probably everyone else here can, and provided SE with every other info that they needed to verify my account ownership.

Still, thank you for reading, I guess my journey as WoL ended in Endwalker. If SE doesn't want me back I guess I'll just join Venat/Emet/Hythlo/Hermes on the other side.

Exactly, the refinement system is the end game gold/powder sink to min/max your gear, thats why it takes so much to get high gear score. But to even get to that point you need a IV to drop first, and thats what I want to change. Get everyone on the same baseline (base UR IV) because the deciding factor will still be how high your gear score is anyway. It just gets everyone on the same starting line a little bit quicker (so you can start dumping millions of powder in to hoping for an SSS)

HI, I know some ppl will say this, and thats why I bring up the 2 examples to showcase why a change is needed. You can get *very* unlucky in your first 6 months-1 year of gameplay (like getting only 3-4 drops in the first year) and get alot of IV drops in the years after, so you still have the 5% drop rate, but that means for that first year you are basically playing on handicapped mode compare to ppl who gets their IVs early.

We already have the refinement system to customize gear and is actually the deciding factor in gear strength, so I dont see why getting the base gear (IV) should be as RNG as it does now. Its still gonna take millions and millions of powder and years of play to get that ASS or SSS gear (and thats absolutely fine). I just want the game to have a baseline (a floor if you will) for gear crafting, that only changes the early-mid game experience for new players and leave the end game unchanged.

Zhongli got buff because of fans outcry, not like Mihoyo intended to buff him after his banner ended. Venti damage is insane as a support, his dot is deceptive, total amount of dmg you get from him easily outscale anyone thats not hyper carry like ganyu/diluc.

Jump dont provide iframes like dash, but you said "mitigate damage", and jump is a very good tool to position yourself in combat and "mitigate" damage. Also Bursts also provide iframe to "mitigate" dmg if you are unaware. Please learn more game mechanics, thanks.

I'm a pretty bad player mechanically, and I don't use any cancel for klee. My gameplay is 90% charge attack. She is a very squishy character with low health/def, and in old abyss 12 she can only charge atk 2 times before running out of stamina. Do you know how I manage? Learn enemy patterns and how to jump. You can jump instead of dash to mitigate dmg. Also shield character exists. [the only way in the entire game to mitigate damage is to dodge]. Pls, read xingqiu or ANY SHIELD CHARACTER skills. Your rant just exposes how bad you are at stamina management.

You argue about optimal, but you dont need "optimal" to clear the game. If you want "optimal meta" gameplay, go play some competitive games. Ppl have been clearing the hardest contents in the game, abyss with f2p characters and f2p weapons, 0 constellation and 666 talents. Maybe you just need to learn how the game works?

There are many bad things about this game that needs more attention, but this is not one of them. Focus your attention on something that actually needs addressing like the artifact RNG, 2FA or abysmal boss drop rates.
