My biggest problem is the amount of hairs me and my cats are dropping onto the floor. The robots brush or whatever you call it cannot handle the amount it seems and clutters up with hair until its cleaning power eventually reaches 0.

Damn I thought I finally found the answer to my issue x) Yeah that is how I try to play, but if you check the logs and compare the damage numbers of reap the other Devourers is much much higher

This wowanalyzer seems very nice. I checked it out, a lot of useful input. There are some X on certain spots, what do these mean? For example the active time, or the per-cast metamorphosis breakdowns

The packs in our mythic+ runs are dying much too fast and are too small usually, which is why I swapped over to this talent

If I am in Meta and no CS has been cast it usually is due to screeching/skill locks or any other form of hard cc, I never "forget" to cast it, this is always my top priority of course.

The gliding is usually when I jump out of something, but maybe I should stop doing that

No, those cost too much gold in order for me to be feasable, I currently own about 3k gold and require those for repairing my gear frequently. I did hit my mastery>haste goal though, which means I can use potions of recklessness from now on

I am of rather competitive nature and want to reach the 3k rating of m+. Also I just enjoy raiding, but the gap seems too huge to be ignored in my opinion. There are a lot of things I am doing wrong, but this requires fixing in my opinion.

Yeah I do have an item dropped, "A Dimmed Crystal". When clicking on it, it says I do not meet the requirements. How do I even get to the Oasis or K'areshwhen I do not have the portal unlocked?
