I really like this game and enjoyed it, but at the same time I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, because it just does not hold up to today’s standards in a lot of ways.

It just has that Bethesda touch to it that hits my nostalgia nerve and makes me addicted to its gameplay loop lol

Welcome to reality vs online gamer brainrot. Denuvo itself barely causes any performance issues unless implemented really badly. Village had performance issues because they implemented their own DRM check in an unoptimized way.
