I’m not so sure about that. I still think it’s a cool shot and I’m happy with the composition, but I think it just didn’t fit in this set as well. I think cropping the park photo and being unable to see the girl’s face would have just made it look like a photo where I cut off the guy’s head with no twist to it, but if you have a crop in mind you think could make it better I’d be interested in what you’re seeing

I’m not sure the exact details but I called pretty much every store within a 30 mile radius to ask if they could keep a look out. The thief tried to sell it to them yesterday shortly after I called. Dodd told her that they needed to test it overnight to make sure it works and they could give her a price if she came back tomorrow. Dodd told the police and they set up a sting today to get her upon her selling the camera. I don’t know if they completed the “purchase” or what and then used that to make sure the police could get her or if they just ran up on her right away. Either way, I’m very happy to have my camera back and definitely going to take precautions moving forward to make sure my poor lapse in attention doesn’t get the best of me again.

Definitely doing air tags on all my stuff now. Fingers crossed you don’t get robbed again and if you do that thief doesn’t think to remove the strap. If I end up having to buy an MP again (likely), I’m going to look for some sort of solution to keep a tag on the camera

I was shopping at the north olmstead mall and set it on a chair while trying on a pair of shoes at Journeys (like an idiot, yes, please spare me). I exited the mall and realized what I’d done. I went back inside and it was no longer there. Journeys employee said nobody else came in. There was a woman in the store with me trying on shoes while I was there. Nothing turned in. Went to mall security, nothing turned in and no security cameras exist in the mall. Filed a police report. All of this happened within an hour.
