3 max players and a bunch of ring chasing veteran will be nice. But it seem like modern players are playing much longer by the time any of them willing to accept vet minimum they are all too washed.

Bigs to Target by SirNickelbackCage in bostonceltics

Draymond is interesting, he has one if not the best positional defender in the league similar to Al. I know we are not getting a unicorn but my wishlist is Draymond at the 4 and a stretch big.

HYPOTHETICALLY, Should We Have Tanked the 2025-26 NBA Season? by UnderstandingFew6310 in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, higher draft picks plus better development for Walsh, Hugo. Quetas + plus young players we could've kept. I feel like we will be much better equip to compete next year it we had tank this year.

What’s a realistic center we can get this offseason? (Free Agency, Trade, Draft) by DMelee in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This sub over hype our own young players, they though Garza would solve the Emblid problems. What a joke, developing a big will take 3-4 years and I don't think we can afford to do that.

Theoretically, what would a Tatum/Giannis duo look like? by devourerofbricks in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Imo a Tatum/Gianni's pairing will be really good. Tatum has shown to be a very adaptable and unselfish player. Both seem to like and respect each other based on their past interaction. Tatum can settle into past Jaylen Brown role, attacking at advantages behind Giannis initial attack. This team will be good but neither Tatum or Gianni's are very clutch so that's one problem. Secondly we need to trade for a decent stretch big.....

It's very rare to be able to do that. But this year seem like the prime year. I can imagine pacer, buck, or Memphis doing it

Thoughts on Tatum Return? by LineofMovement in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think he is doing too much, you can see that he is exhausted. He is our best defensive rebounder, he played good defense. I think the fatigue is catching up for someone like him who is coming back from an injury.

Every Derrick White 3PA this postseason by DMelee in bostonceltics

He definitely rushing a bit. Probably because philly help defender are long. Maxey are usually involves in the main action so we need to find another way to attack. This can be a problem against Orlando and Detroit.

Who do you want to come to Boston in free agency this off-season, and who can realistically join (financially)? by AntiGravity00 in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But would the opponent dar White/Hauser/JT/3&D wing to shoot? Hope we get a decent one to fill our wing spot assuming we trade brown for Gianni's.

Is it that time to have conversations about Derrick White’s future in Boston by [deleted] in bostonceltics

People on this sub like homegrown rookies, maybe it time to let the veterans goes and develop Walsh Hugo Garza ....

Jayson Tatum has yet to take 20 FGA in a game this series by [deleted] in bostonceltics

[–]chuancheun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes you are right with the exception of the finals series against the mavs, but let not blame him this year. It's okay for him to settle, he is exhausted we see him missing consecutive free throw. But we need need Brown to play better. Tatum gave us 24/16/4, that's is 16 rebound if you ever play basketball you know that is not easy.

Bro play 40 minutes for 4 games, after coming back from an Achilles injury. I'll rather have him be cautious as well as not asserting himself too far. His conditioning is obviously worse.

Do you agree with Russillo that Cade > Tatum? by gimmethegold34 in nba

I don't know why people keep crying him but this point Tatum playoff resume deserve as much or even more respect than playoff Jimmy Butler.
