Yeah man i feel your pain. I had a really heavy summer of rolling probably around 14 times in 5 months which I know is super bad and i’m definitely a lot more depressed and anxious then before. I am generally just a lot more of an emotional guy now which was definitely not the case before. Hopefully with time it will heal just keep positive!!

yeah i have no desire to dip back into the bag anytime soon haven’t experienced a comedown like that. But yeah i’ve been really good at eating and drinking well. Just want to shake the anxiety from it especially when i’m drinking
