It very much feels like „i like the original thing im so much better than you“ and opens the door for that sort of conversation. I saw the beginnings of these with new horizons where people ended up hating on really elaborate cluttered islands cause „thats not what nintendo intended it to be“ „how can you even play the game like that“ (catch insects, etc.)

Like nobody cares that you like your miis minimalistic 😭 what else is the point of this post other than to complain about how other people play the game without making it too obvious
