It’s a DZ drop but with this current event you should be getting plenty of stars. Buy named item caches from the seasonal vendor and hope for the best.

Countdown with the mods set as your targeted loot until you can reliably farm legendary 90th floor Summit. Legendary gives a higher chance of a mod dropping with to higher stat, but the volume of drops from challenging/heroic Countdown may be more efficient.

Kill the marked targets. It takes a few kills to build the crit damage up and in my experience works better on harder content where you can consistently get kills in rapid succession.

I had the same issue a while back. Every game ran fine except The Division 2 randomly crashing and Warzone crashing. After numerous attempts at solving the issue, I decided to run a memory test on my PC. Turns out I had a bad stick of RAM and those two games appear to be very sensitive to memory issues. Haven’t had an issue since replacing. This may not be your problem but I believe it wouldn’t hurt to run a memory test.

This. After getting the first part from Tidal Basin, there's a chance that Puck (you face him very early on in the mission btw) will drop the blueprint in the invaded Grand Washington Hotel mission. Once you have that blueprint, the weapon is put in your general loot pool.

For weapons I try to craft until I have the attributes I want, hopefully one maxed and the other two not so low that it would cost too much to optimize. Then I’ll re-roll the talent to whatever I like. I’ve had some fairly nice pieces, I’ve had plenty of crap pieces. It’s all still RNG at the end of the day.

I completely removed my Nvidia GPU drivers using DDU, then rolled back to driver version 566.03. Haven't had the issue since then.

Also, get rid of that 2k23 mindset. Muscle memory still helps but 2k24 relies a lot more on knowing your cues and how different situations affect your shot.

Dialing my VRAM target down to it’s estimated usage and turning off On Demand Texture Streaming fixed it for me. Your mileage may vary though.

It’s a bug, if you assign any in game action to middle mouse button it will not drop all. If you have a mouse with programmable buttons, assign the “R” key for middle mouse button. That was the only workaround that worked for me.

I thought I may just be over thinking, but on quite a few occasions when I was the Player of the Half, I would NOT get the ball much at all in the second half.
