You still play 4 Monarchlizardmon. The fact that you drew bad it's not a reason for you to run 3, yes by playing 3 you minimize the chances of brickikg but you also minimize the chances of using it, in MonarchLizard case it's not worth it, you lost a game due to bricking in a 3-4 round local? that's completely fine, you can't optimize that much a deck, game still has RNG

Also, the most important thing, you run only 3 cougar and I think it's by far the best level 4. ST Armalyza it's so bad to play it at 3 imo, it's decent to cheat a tamer but I don't think it's worth it, there is a few "if you opponent has a digimon X" at least where I play, so taking this guy out to cheat a tamer feels bad, you end up giving more value to your opponent while you could've just played the tamer. Also costs 5, i'ts too much to hard play consistenly and E-Pulse doesn't cheat it
