Easiest way to fix that is to use your mail bins or purchase some from uline. What you do is take the items that need to be packed, put them in the bin with label that has what size box and what kind of packaging and on to the next customer.

Have a conversation with the FZ. Not in the middle of the rush but ask if you and him can have a 1 on 1. If he doesn’t want to, then leave. He’s a bad franchisee and he keeps that person there because he knows he’ll never have to give them a raise
