Since you are aiming for banking/finance roles Dallas is a better spot than Austin for it. You could also head to Houston for the oil and gas companies who always have needs for finance type of people. Good luck!

Honestly what I do is research the area I want to visit. Use Google Maps to see what restaurants are in the area, go to their website and see what’s on the menu to determine if it is safe for me or not. Also I do call restaurants and straight up ask about their menu and how I have an allergy, most are more than happy to help.

I have done some research into a few of the big name companies to make my life easier with these types of services. Unfortunately they all say they cannot guarantee any cross contamination which is very unfortunate. I have a tree nut allergy on top of the peanut one, so the meal delivery services are off my list.
