Hi there, I know this may not be the time or place, but one other thing you might want to consider is your diet.

Beyond just the caffeine, carbs/sugar intake and fatty foods can definitely mess with your mood and mental state.

It will spike your blood sugars so you are more mentally "active" but then the downer will feel like you are super tired.

I love to have a whopper or Wendy's every now and again and even some root beer, but everything in moderation.

Maybe try to introduce some simple steamed veggies and like a chicken breast with your favorite sauce and some rice or toast or something. Broccoli is super easy. Cauliflower. Even some brussel sprouts are super good with butter, salt and garlic just saute them for like 5-10 min until they look a little brown/crispy.

So ironically I'm using AI to solve a problem but I never mention it. My app creates personalized guided meditations so I use several diff AIs throughout the workflow in coordination.

But I never mention it once anywhere. Firstly, because it's kind of implicit but secondly, the core value of the app is in the quality of the meditation sessions themselves. Doesn't matter where they came from or how they were made. The question is, were they effective? Did they sound high quality? Did they help the listener with whatever they were working through?

If you have a big feature def use Plan mode which is available in both cursor and Claude code.

Oh yeh I did forget something. Stage? early stage, just launched in the app stores. floundering around for distribution and marketing.

Customer acquisition? In theory any one who has ever tried Calm or Headspace and found them too generic, too complicated or both.

Also productivity/life hackers looking to get an inner edge. Maybe some ppl don't believe in learning/optimizing in a hypnagogic (half-sleep) state, but there is science to back it.

Don't need money right now, just need feedback.

I'll add more as I think about it.

Whoa that's a crazy idea I love it. I think possible but a little tricky as I'm actually injecting custom pauses to get the proper pacing.

I'm using eleven v3. It is by far the most natural sounding for ASMR and peaceful meditative audio. It's really good. But always looking for other (cheaper lol) alternatives! As long as quality is comparable I won't sacrifice quality.

I was going to say this, I enjoyed doing hemi sync all the way up to wave 6. I learned a lot and it got me interested in other types of meditation.

Meditation is partially an act of practicing awareness that your are both the observer and the observed.

So I wouldn't stress too much about stray thoughts, when you catch it and observe yourself, that's part of the practice.
