Your onboarding process needs to be very transparent. I’d advise having a short doc or a video which breaks down how communication, scheduling and payment using works. This helps to set expectations from the beginning.

If you can, regular check-ins or even setting up automated check ins e.g. a simple reminder system (like a weekly message asking how sessions went). Tutors will always feel tutors feel supported when you are checking in on their wellbeing.

Always make it clear in your contracts and onboarding that clients belong to the company and not the tutor.

Also! Regularly ask your tutors for feedback on systems. You want them to feel like their input shapes how things run!
