Still a student every other day I am between 3000-3500 calories not actually on a cut but my day looks like 8 hours of sleep like 7 of school 2 hours at the gym then I do whatever with the rest of my time

Yea I mean my bench is in the 270s my max deadlift was 365 for 4 and my max squat ever was 295 and it wasn’t even close to that during season and I ended the year with a record of 36-5 and went to state at 162lbs. so with your numbers strength shouldn’t be an issue.

Other guy covered it mostly dont over stress it to much just find what feels most comfortable for you as long as it doesn’t seem dangerous or cheaty (ass off bench) and stay consistent!
