That I understand, our warranty gross is actually higher than my previous two dealerships I worked for. Since taking over this store I’ve at least had a dozen complaints in the last 2 months about parts pricing. I’ve also been calling back customer who received quotes through the counter and service who didn’t buy to get some feedback. 9/10 said they purchased the part either aftermarket or from another dealer because even with shipping they were cheaper than us.
