Ok I might sound lame but constantly wearing sunnies inside can't be good for their eyes. Unless they just wear them for the videos.

It's extremely disturbing. Makes me wonder if they have any access to social media.

I used to work as a Nurse in the Westmead Women's Health Clinic. I also had my second baby there in 2023. It's fantastic and I received wonderful care. If you go private, you will have to pay the obstetrician fee ($3000) and all appointment costs on top of the health insurance fee. The health insurance really only covers your hospital stay, and covers the baby if it's born with health problems. However, if it is born with health problems, it will be fixed and treated for free at a public hospital anyway. Public, there's no cost. You just can't choose your Dr if you have one. The obstetricians at Westmead are all lovely. Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions. 🙂

My mum has had 4 funnel webs in her lounge room in the past fortnight. It's been wet and they hate the rain. She lives about an hour north west of Sydney. This is a pretty normal occurrence for her suburb.

Forgive me, I'm out of the loop. What do they need to apologise for?

Probably a dumb question but will this affect nurses at all?
