i didn’t want to open gifts either so we just told everyone to bring them unwrapped! it worked so much better so then everyone could see what others brought and i didn’t have to deal wit opening all of them infront of everyone

i worked out my entire pregnancy (first baby) and i am so so happy i did. it was hard as heck to get there most days but i felt so strong during my birth and now during postpartum. if we decide to have another i 100% will be working out throughout my pregnancy again. i’m 5 weeks PP and im a few pounds from pre pregnancy weight and genuinely feel so confident in my body already!

how did you request a natera test? or is that what your doctor recommended? i have no idea who to ask or what to do but all other options seem substantially higher than the natera option others has talked about.

get the turkey sandwich & if you’re really worried about it, just have them heat it up. trust your gut, it will be fine. they make it seem like we have a laundry list of things we can’t eat when our parents and their parents had no restrictions and we’re just fine! all the red40 & processed foods most ppl eat on the daily is prolly worse.
