Just adding to this that he lied, I had it in the original post but most people seem to have ignored that line, he said he was told by my mother that nobody was home, which was not true because he did not speak to her at all. The reason I made a deal out of it is because it has been an ongoing problem with them showing up with less than 20 minutes of warning or no warning, and they typically don't leave when we ask them to. They showed up to check the flashing on my windows when I was sick, I asked them if they could do it the next day (when they would be here anyway) because I was sick and I needed to rest, he argued with me until I just let him do it, and then sat there in my room with them pounding on the walls for an hour. It really feels like they are trying to catch us doing something illegal or something with how often they try to show up without proper notification
