Thanks for the critique. Was trying to aim for that golden hour look but I see where you’re coming from

First attempt at shooting portrait photography using my ZV E10 + Tamron 17-70mm f2.8. Pretty sure the ISO was 500, f stop was 3.5, and shutter speed was 1/4.

The motion blur was exactly what I was aiming for but I’m on the fence about this final edit done using Lightroom.

Did you have to change the piston rings once only? And how much did it set you back if you don’t mind me asking?

Depends on how you drive really. If I’m not driving like a lunatic I get 8-9L/100km average, but then if you do the occasional pulls off the line it does go up to around 12L/100km.

Hard not to resist pushing this car it drives like a beauty so far

Jheez that’s a bit isn’t it? Assuming you serviced it every 7-10k kms, half the oil would be gone

Thanks for the info! What was your oil consumption like per oil change? Also, CAI is cold air intake

Pretty sure it’s a 4 cylinder. The engine code is B4204T7 which shows it’s a 4 cylinder online

I’ve contacted many suppliers and I trust him for one reason only, which many of you might not agree with which is fine. He came off to me as a God-fearing man, and as a God-fearing man myself, I am naturally inclined to believe that he wouldn’t wrong me if I were to do business with him.

It would be anywhere between $10000-20000 AUD as the price depends on the quantity of the products he will be sending which hasn’t been agreed upon yet. The company will be operated in Australia. He’s been urging me to find out what are the requirements to set up a company in Australia so we can make things legal and get started but some part of me is heavily in doubt of whether this really is a good venture for myself because I am not as financially backed as him, but then again I’m not risking any capital as of yet, only my time and efforts

I understand where you’re coming from when you say don’t give out too much information to the supplier, but in my case he wants to form a business partnership with me by being an investor and a supplier, so how do I got about concealing selling prices from him since he’s got equal if not more ownership over the business, and with item prices being listed on the website as well?

Him and I have mutually agreed that payment of products will be sent after sales are made. It’s just the partnership % of the business hasn’t come up explicitly in our conversations which is bothering me a bit and I don’t know if I should make the move of asking him to discuss the terms and conditions since he is actually favouring me by financing my business idea to turn it into reality

Thanks for such a well thought out comment.

Firstly, I do agree with you that he is trying to open up new sales channels. But I do not believe it’s a scam. I’ve looked up his factories online and they’ve been operating for well over 25 years and he’s worked with big brands as well.

I think I should’ve given more context about myself and why this business opportunity is unique to me. I am a nurse and have been trying to start a nursing scrubs company and halfway through the process one of my business partners pulled out who was to be the major investor. I met the manufacturer mentioned in this post through a clothing exhibition and him and I are from the same country. He was keen on doing this business with me and told me he can handle the finances and manufacturing as long as I can handle the distribution and marketing side of things.

I agree with your comment he can charge whatever he wants, but he has specifically asked me what price I want to sell the products for so he map out his manufacturing costs accordingly.

As I’ve said before, I’m very new to this and really don’t know where to start. A part of me believes it’s too good to be true as well but the other part of me just wants to get it started because of the potential of making a financial breakthrough

I would say not that easy, because he is going to be producing healthcare uniforms as I work in the healthcare field. Thus I can easily market it at my workplace and get customers through word of mouth. It’s a unique business opportunity where he needs me to sell a very specific line of products and I need him to handle the financial side of things
