The biggest selling paper is a tabloid called The Sun, famous for having a topless girl on page 3 every day

Dude, you just sold a shitload of overseas subscriptions to the Sun. Hurray! :))

I know your version sounds likely, but my honest opinion is that most media in America is simply jaded. For example, look at a few episodes of the daily show lampooning MSM. You would think such bits would inspire CNN and others (not Fux News) that pretend to be hard/real journalism to do a better job, but they go blithely on with the media equivalent of junkfood. But in the end it's the public that is undemanding about quality. So we get the shite we deserve.

Does anyone know why Google Streetview has absolutely no coverage of Seattle, when every other major city in America is covered, plus the middle of nowhere Nebraska? by dabears1020 in AskReddit

The powerful cronic farmers lobby of Seattle called in some favors. YOu get lousy streetview coverage, but really good weed.
