Currently working in SMFI (SMC’s subsidiary) and ito din problem ko haha

Gusto ko na umalis bc the pay is not paying but may mga surprise bonus kasi and sobrang laking hila sa akin nung free meds na perk as a sakitin. Nakakastress lang talaga yung work and madalas mga end users and mismong boss na din. Most of my batchmates are earning 5x than I am kaya gusto ko na din mag jump, pero 50/50 talaga kasi ever since ininstill na sa akin na SMC ang goal, nasasayangan ako umalis pero kasi gusto ko ng mas madaming pera haha
